We can provide CAD drawings for rigging, plus seating and space-planning drawings, to make sure everything you want will fit and every sight-line issue is solved before load-in starts. We are happy to secure permits and even get fire marshal approvals, all before the event.
We are a full-service production company able to manage multiple general sessions with up to 100 breakout rooms for thousands of attendees. AVSS has done it before and would like to do it for you.

We are a full-service production company, and as long as we have some labor on the job, we do not charge service fees or taxes in most states. AVSS can provide as few as one tech if you already have your core crew, or the whole crew: whatever works best for you.

Secure upload before the meeting
Participants upload their files to a secure drop box ahead of time, so they can be reviewed for FDA or company approval before anyone arrives on site.

Our specialists set up a speaker ready room for last-minute changes, and optimize every slide and video so it plays perfectly.
Delivered to every room
Final files go over a private VLAN to both the primary and backup computers in the right room, for a flawless meeting every time.
