We run the general sessions and up to 100 breakout rooms, deal with the venue on power, rigging and internet, and handle CAD drawings, permits and fire marshal approvals.

Months of planning, one exceptional show
Every year AVSS stages the Pediatric and Adult Interventional Cardiac Symposium: 800 to 1,000 doctors, more than 30 live surgeries sent by satellite from 10 to 12 leading hospitals, and a crew of over 90 across the main conference and remote sites.
Our own fleet, from vans to a Freightliner tractor with an air-ride liftgate trailer, moves gear in and out in days, not weeks.
