Staging for multi-city tours

One of our specialties is multi-city tours, often leapfrogging equipment with multiple trucks across the country and staging 5 to 15 cities in as many days, with identical equipment in each city for a consistent program. We have done multi-city tours for Dun & Bradstreet, Daimler-Chrysler, Reckitt & Colman and International Paper, to name a few.

For the last 15 years AVSS has worked with meeting planners and production houses on pharmaceutical drug rollouts and sales meetings (Fresenius, Pfizer, Pharmacia, Novartis, Sunovion and more). The average meeting is 200 to 500 people over 2 to 4 days, with one day for set-up. During peak times AVSS has run up to 6 meetings concurrently, providing all staging for the general session plus 2 to 12 breakout rooms in each city, and as many as 70 breakout rooms at once for Pharmacia's National Sales Meeting.

We also stage high-profile charity events such as the Naples Winter Wine Festival, the Boca Raton Concours d'Elegance and the Cavallino La Bella Macchina Ferrari event.
